Sorry for the delay in responding. As for re-jetting, yes it is something you can do yourself in no more than 30 minutes (most of that is prep and clean-up time :-). Cancel your appointment and don't pay those guys your hard earned money. Pick up some large round main jets from your dealer (no more thant $5 each), I got 3 sizes because I wasn't sure which size was already installed. I would probably say you will need somewhere between 150, 155, or 160 (although every bike is different). So if you want to do it yourself, email me and I will give you a step-by-step. Very simple job and I am not even close to being a mechanic. Good luck.
